TICKETS AND CHECK-IN

All tickets include access to the conference program, exhibition, full catering and party participation.

No e-tickets will be sent in advance!

To make your check-in quick and convenient, we have sent you your personal QR code by email with subject “[Important] Your check-in code, …”.

Alternatively, you may check in at the registration counter upon presentation of your proof of identity (ID card, passport).

Networking Highlights

💎 WOMEN IN HYDROGEN BREAKFAST

March 4, 08.00 - 09.00

We are hosting a breakfast for women in hydrogen -female hydrogen experts in technical positions, executives and young talents alike. 

With this initiative, we want to strengthen female networks in the hydrogen industry, enhance the exchange on technical and career topics, make role models visible, and promote female careers in the industry.

We will arrange a little breakfast and have time for value-adding exchange among each other afterwards.

💎 EVENING RECEPTION

March 4, 17.30 – 22.00

Enjoy the evening reception with food and drinks in the exhibition. It is the perfect occasion for networking, and exchanging ideas with key players in the hydrogen industry in a relaxed atmosphere.

The excursions start at 14.00 CET. Meeting point is at the registration desk in the conference area.

Bus transfer at 14.15 CET. You can take your luggage to the excursion and leave it in the bus.

We have a professional photographer on site. The first pictures will be shared at approx. 12.00 CET on conference day 1. We will publish the link on our website and notify speakers and attendees accordingly.

Presentations / Video recordings

The slides (if authorized by the speakers for release) will be available after the conference in a password protected download area for registered on-site attendees only. We will inform the attendees via email.

The video recordings will be published in the video library of the conference platform. The video library offers an AI-based search function to browse the transcripts of the videos for specific topics or keywords.
